Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

  • Vivian Frank utilizes Australia Post for shipping services.
  • Customers are directed to check Australia Post's handling times for estimated shipping timeframes.
  • Orders placed before 12pm on business days will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm on business days will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Shipping is not available on public holidays observed in South Australia.

Click and Collect:

Orders placed before 2pm will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the pickup location and instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification when collecting your items.

Returns:

  • Change of mind returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Customers with faulty or damaged products are advised to contact usĀ on 08 8825 2067 or via the "contact us" page on the website
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated in writing by a member of Vivian Frank's staff.
